Halmac Computing commenced trading on the 26th June 1985. The company prides itself on providing the highest level of service to it's clients. Halmac Computing has for some years developed and supplied systems in the commercial marketplace. These systems include retail and wholesale systems, membership systems and general accounting systems. All systems have been developed to operate either under a Unix operating system, a networked environment or a hybrid arrangement of Unix with local area networking. Halmac Computing has also developed and supported systems in the technical marketplace such as mining and instrumentation interfacing, using a number of different operating systems and networking environments. This depth and variety of experience allows Halmac Computing to install and support systems which may cut across product boundaries.
